MY SUCCESS STORY
For much of my life I struggled with my weight, people would just
say I was stocky, but the reality was I was fat! Even though I would lift weights a few days a week, I also would
chow down lots of fast food and other foods that not only effected my body weight but also my ability to manage my diabetes,
and I knew I was getting bad when putting my shoes on caused me to struggle to breath. I am not a tall guy (only 5'5)
so when I hit 210 pounds a number of years ago I knew I was not a good example of what I preached regarding health and fitness.
Currently I train 5 days a week with various levels of cardio training and weight lifting. I eat a high protein low
fat diet, I am a firm believer in eating six small meals a day rather then 3 big meals. I am now 40 years old and
working hard to practice what I preach to my Personal Training Clients. I believe staying fit and eating right is a
life long commitment and behavior we need to develop. Below I have begun to post success stories from past clients,
