Story
After training with a certified personal
trainer for two years, she became inspired to become a personal trainer and help others succeed with their fitness goals and
realize their athletic and exercise potential. Tricia teaches proper technique and provides guidelines to maximize specific
workouts in order to gain strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination and balance. This gives her clients the opportunity
to reach their personal fitness goals, prevent injury and enhance everyday life.
As someone who loves to train herself,
Tricia knows firsthand what it takes to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle, and her dedication and knowledge translate to her
clients’ own successes. Her philosophy is when you commit to getting in shape; you are making an investment in your
